After graduating from the University of Wisconsin in 1996, Aaron has been involved in the placement of contract and permanent IT professionals, focusing in database administration, systems administration, security, ERP packages, web-based applications and e-commerce.  Aaron has developed numerous professional relationships with many key individuals in Fortune 500 Companies.  Since joining The Dentz Group in 2001 Aaron has successfully completed search assignments at senior levels in Marketing, Finance, Merchandising, Sales, IT, field operations, and Corporate Office support positions. Aaron is also focusing his efforts in the Outdoor/Action Sports industry.
